No. Your first Standard try-on works without an account. Sign in with Google for more generations, HD, and pinned results.
02What can I upload?
Use JPG, PNG, WEBP, HEIC, or HEIF images up to 15MB. Choose a clear full-body or waist-up photo. Garment photos, flat lays, and shopping screenshots are supported.
03Can I paste a product link?
Yes. Choose Link in the garment step, then paste a public product image or product-page URL. Upload a screenshot if the store blocks the import.
04How long does a try-on take?
A result is usually ready in about a minute. You can leave the tab open or switch away while the job continues.
05What is the difference between Standard and HD?
Standard uses 10 credits and HD uses 20. Your first Standard try-on is free. HD requires sign-in and enough credits.
06What happens if a generation fails?
Failed generations cost nothing. Use the retry option in the result panel to run the same try-on again without another charge.
07How long are my images stored?
Person photos, garment images, and results are deleted seven days after upload or generation. Download anything you want to keep.
08Are my photos used to train the model?
No. We use your photos and results only for the try-on you request, not for model training.
09Does this show exact sizing?
No. The preview helps you judge color, shape, and styling. Check the size chart, fabric details, and real garment before deciding on fit.
