1. Scope
This Privacy Policy explains how SameMuse collects, uses, shares, and retains information when you use samemuse.com and its AI clothes try-on tools (the "Service").
2. Information we collect
We process the information needed to operate and protect the Service, including:
- Google account information when you sign in, such as your name, email address, and profile image.
- Person photos, garment images, generated results, generation settings, status, and related technical metadata.
- Purchase, subscription, credit, refund, and dispute status received from Creem. Creem processes your payment details; we do not store complete card details.
- Session cookies, an anonymous browser identifier, product events, timestamps, and privacy-preserving hashes derived from network or device identifiers.
3. How we use information
We use this information to:
- Provide, operate, and maintain the Service.
- Authenticate users, manage accounts, and keep your results private.
- Process generations, purchases, subscriptions, credits, refunds, and disputes.
- Measure product performance and improve reliability and user experience.
- Enforce usage limits and prevent abuse, fraud, and security incidents.
- Respond to support and privacy requests.
4. How images are handled
Images are stored privately in Cloudflare R2 and sent to APIMart only to produce your requested try-on. We do not sell uploaded images or use them to train AI models.
5. Cookies and product analytics
We use essential cookies to maintain sessions and an anonymous identifier to support the first free try-on and prevent repeated abuse. First-party product events may record feature usage and generation status, but do not contain image contents or raw network identifiers. Disabling essential cookies may prevent parts of the Service from working.
6. Data retention
Uploaded person and garment images and generated results are automatically removed seven days after upload or generation. Signed-in users can request earlier deletion of their stored images through the account controls.
We keep account, billing, credit-ledger, security, and support records for as long as reasonably necessary to operate the Service, resolve disputes, prevent fraud, and meet legal, tax, or accounting obligations.
7. Service providers and disclosures
We share information only as needed with providers that operate the Service: Google for authentication, Cloudflare for private image storage, APIMart for requested image generation, Creem as merchant of record for billing and applicable taxes, and hosting, database, and security providers. We may also disclose information when required by law or when reasonably necessary to protect users, the Service, or others. We do not sell personal information.
8. Security
We use technical and organizational safeguards designed to protect information, including encrypted connections and private object storage. No service can guarantee absolute security, so please use only images you are comfortable submitting for the requested processing.
9. Your choices and rights
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or obtain a copy of your personal information, or to object to or restrict certain processing. To make a request, contact support@samemuse.com. We may retain records that we are legally required or permitted to keep.
10. Children's privacy
The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information, contact us so we can investigate and delete it where appropriate.
11. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy to reflect changes to the Service, our providers, or legal requirements. We will post the revised policy here and update the date above.
