02What is the difference between Standard and HD?
Standard costs 10 credits and is the fastest way to compare a look. HD costs 20 credits and produces a higher-resolution preview.
03Do Starter or Value credits expire?
No. Credits purchased in the one-time Starter and Value packs do not expire.
04Do Monthly credits roll over?
No. The Monthly plan adds 500 credits at renewal, and unused subscription credits reset each month.
05Do failed generations use credits?
No. Failed generations cost nothing, so a failed result does not reduce your available balance.
06Can I cancel the Monthly plan?
Yes. You can manage or cancel it from the billing portal in your account. Your paid access continues until the end of the current billing period.
